• すべてのお客様に、京都旅行の思い出の１つとして食の喜びと安心を味わっていただきたい。その想いから、当店ではムスリムのお客様にもお食事を楽しんでいただけるよう、できる限りの配慮を重ねたムスリムフレンドリーメニューをご提供しております。
• We want all our customers to experience the joy and peace of mind that comes with delicious food as one of their cherished memories of their Kyoto trip. With this in mind, our restaurant offers Muslim-friendly menu options, prepared with the utmost care to ensure our Muslim customers can enjoy their meals.

ハラール認定和牛
Halal-certificated Wagyu

• 牛肉はハラール認証を受けたものを使用しています。
• The beef we use is Halal certified.

調味料
Seasonings

• 調味料に含まれるアルコール成分については、アルコール不使用のもの、あるいは製造過程で完全に揮発しているものを使用しております
• ゼラチンなどの動物由来成分を含まない調味料を使用しています。
• Regarding alcohol in seasonings, we use alcohol-free products or those where the alcohol has completely evaporated during the manufacturing process.
• We use seasonings that do not contain animal-derived ingredients such as gelatin.

ムスリムフレンドリー提供時の調理環境・器具について
Cooking Environment & Utensils

調理器具  Cooking Utensils:

• ムスリムフレンドリーメニューの調理には、専用の調理器具を使用しております。 
• We use dedicated cooking utensils for preparing Muslim-friendly menu items.

厨房  Kitchen

• 非ハラールメニューの調理も行うため、ムスリムフレンドリーメニュー専用ではありません。
• 食材の保管については、ハラール食材と非ハラール食材を分けております。 
• Our kitchen is not exclusively for Muslim-friendly menu items, as we also prepare non-Halal dishes.
• Regarding ingredient storage, Halal and non-Halal ingredients are stored separately.

食器  Tableware

• 食器については、ムスリムフレンドリー専用のものはご用意しておりません。ただし、使用の都度、洗剤で十分に洗浄し、非ハラール食材との接触を避けております。
• ご希望の場合は、使い捨ての容器（カップ・フォーク・スプーン・割り箸）のご用意可能です。スタッフへお声がけください。 
• We do not have dedicated tableware specifically for Muslim-friendly meals. However, all tableware is thoroughly washed with detergent after each use to avoid contact with non-Halal ingredients.
• Disposable containers (cups, forks, spoons, chopsticks) are available upon request. Please ask our staff.

スタッフの教育
Staff Training

• ムスリムのお客様の食文化や習慣について、スタッフが理解を深めるための研修などを行っております。
• We conduct training for our staff to deepen their understanding of the food culture and customs of Muslim customers.

• 上記の情報をご理解いただいた上で、お食事に関する最終的なご判断は、お客様ご自身にてお願い申し上げます。特に、重篤なアレルギーをお持ちの方や、非常に厳格な食事規定をお持ちのお客様は、この点を十分にご考慮いただき、ご不明な点がございましたらご注文前に必ずスタッフまでお申し付けください。
• We kindly ask that you make your own final judgment regarding your meal after understanding the information provided above. In particular, customers with severe allergies or those who adhere to very strict dietary rules are requested to take this into full consideration.
